Coaching and Umpiring
All the club members who coach throughout the year do so free of charge. They give up their time preparing and delivering coaching sessions for the club; therefore a commitment from players to attend training is required.
The club is also required to provide an umpire for each team that plays in the league; this usually falls to a small number of people, and the club has some excellent and dedicated umpires.
There are always opportunities to become an umpire or a coach for the club. If you would like to take an umpiring or coaching qualification, please ask the Coaching and Umpiring Secretary Lucy Mitchell for details - your request will be most welcome.
